When <strong>setting career goals</strong>, you should divide between short term career goals and long term career goals.<br /><br />Short term career goals are what your career goals in your current career. Setting short term career goals is very important, because it would help you to achieve your long term career goals. We should try to achieve short term goals one by one until short term career goals become our long term career goals at workplace.<br /><br />My personal career goals:<br /><ul><li>experience </li><li>money </li><li>self actualization </li></ul><p>Experience is my first short term goals. I would like to have many experience by doing different types of jobs.
